Time Commitment

Program Duration

Minimum commitment of six months.

Meetings

Mentors and mentees decide together what works best.

Examples include:
- One 1-hour meeting per month (minimum requirement)
- Two 30-minute conversations per month Bi-weekly meetings
- Additional ad hoc discussions when needed

Format:
Virtual meetings, allowing flexibility across countries and time zones.

The focus is not on the number of meetings, but on building a trusted relationship that creates meaningful impact.

Requirements

Who Can Become a Mentor?

We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about helping others succeed.
 

✓  Currently employed

  Minimum of 10 years of professional experience

  Willing to share knowledge, experience, and networks

  Committed to a minimum of six months

  Available for at least one hour per month
  Able to create a safe and confidential environment

No previous mentoring experience is required.

Recruitment Waves

We welcome new mentors twice per year.

February Cohort

Applications open in January.


September Cohort

Applications open in August. Following onboarding, mentors are matched with participants based on experience, interests, and professional backgrounds.
