Program Overview

Returning to work after a career break can feel overwhelming.
Questions around skills, confidence, experience, and flexibility are common and completely valid.Bring Women Back to Work supports your return, not just to work, but to long-term success.

 

Our program is built on the R³ Method™ (Return · Retain · Rise), a structured approach designed to help experienced women re-enter the workforce confidently, stay successfully, and grow sustainably over time.

 

Whether you return to your previous field or transition into a new industry, the program supports you at every stage of the journey.

 

If you have been out of the workforce for at least one year, are open to acquiring new skills, and are motivated to re-integrate into the workplace in line with our values of equality and inclusion, you may have found the right place.

 

The BWBW program runs twice a year, is 100% online, and supports 50+ participants across Europe per cohort.

The Bring Women Back to Work initiative aims to support qualified professionals like you, who want to return to work after a career break.
The program is only eligible for women living in Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary with a valid work permit.
We are offering the one-year program on a quarterly basis for a max of 18 women per quarter for free.

How the program works The R³ Method™

RETURN Confident re-entry

You build relevant, in-demand skills and prepare for your return to the workplace through:

  • reskilling in Salesforce, AWS (re/Start), Workday, and other partner technologies

  • certification opportunities aligned to real market needs

  • practical workshops and applied learning

This phase focuses on readiness and confidence for re-entering work.

 

RETAIN Sustainable transition


You are supported beyond the first role through:

  • coaching and mentoring

  • confidence and mindset development

  • workshops focused on workplace navigation and expectations

This phase helps ensure your return is sustainable, not temporary.

 

RISE Long-term growth

You prepare for long-term career success through:

  • clarity around career direction and opportunities

  • visibility and progression readiness

  • access to a strong professional network of partners, peers, and mentors

This phase supports your ability to grow, progress, and thrive over time.


Why the R³ Method™ matters

Returning to work is not just about getting hired.

The R³ Method™ ensures that support doesn’t stop at re-entry, it continues as you build confidence, stability, and long-term professional growth.

Requirements and skills

    1. Not currently working (for at least 1 year)

    2. Reasons for being out of work are not only “cannot find work”

    3. True willingness to re-skill into a new Industry & finalise the BWBW
      12-month program (180 hours)

    4. Based & capable of working in the country you are applying for
      (valid working permit)

    5. Fluent English and fluency in the official language of the country you are applying for

    6. Able to work at least at 60%

    • 3+ years of total working experience

    • Appetite to find a role in the SFDC Ecosystem

    • Has already dived into Marketing Fields, CRM Tools, Analytics or similar tools (ideally cloud-based)

    • Specific Industry Focus

    • High study degree or equivalent experience

    • Nice to have: Experience in go to market activities, solutioning/architecture, project management and medium to large IT implementation advantageous

    • Good communication skills in English and in one of the country official languages in case there is more than one

    • Eager to learn, create and innovate

    • Experience/interest in technology

    • Learning agility and aptitude

    • Enjoys a fast paced environment

The Bring Women Back to Work program is a 12-month learning, coaching, and community journey designed to support experienced women in returning to work with confidence, relevant skills, and a long-term perspective.

Our program supports your re-entry into the workplace, whether you return to your previous field or transition into a new industry.
It is continuously evolving and improving, shaped by participant feedback and real-world learning from each cohort.

 
What the program includes
 

  • A 12-month coaching and learning experience
    Supporting your return to work from re-entry to long-term success.
     

  • Reskilling in high-demand technologies
    Including Salesforce, AWS, Workday, and other ecosystem partners.
     

  • Certifications and continuous learning
    Access to learning platforms, certifications, and workshops across multiple technologies and professional skill areas.
     

  • Coaching, mentoring, and community support
    You are supported throughout the year, you are not navigating this journey alone.
     

  • Career visibility and hiring support
    During the program, your profile and CV are shared with our hiring partners to increase your opportunities to be hired.



Time commitment

  • Your main investment is your time and commitment.

  • We estimate approximately 200+ hours over 12 months, allowing you to balance learning, coaching, and community participation at a sustainable pace.


Program Value & Cost

  • Estimated program value: CHF / EUR 8,500 per participant
    (depending on country and learning track)

  • Participation fee (one-time, paid before program start):

    • CHF 499 for participants based in Switzerland

    • EUR 250 for participants based in other European countries


The difference in participation fees reflects local cost structures and operational expenses, while ensuring the program remains accessible and inclusive across regions.
This contribution helps ensure commitment and access to the full program experience.

What roles are we building?

We are looking for four different types of roles to be covered:

  • Sales – business and/or IT background, driven by bringing value to clients, identifying needs and expectations to be matched with solutions/products.
     

  • Consultant – business education and previous experience in change management, looking at bridging the gap between technology and business.
     

  • Technical – IT background, passionate about architecture/solutioning, development and more.
     

  • Marketing – Half artist and half scientist, marketers create targeted marketing campaigns to connect with customers and deliver effective, personalised customer journeys.

Application Process Step by Step

1. Submit Your Application

Start by submitting your application online.
After submission, you will receive an email with the next steps.

You will be asked to upload:

  • your CV

  • a short motivation statement (in English)

2. Application Review

A member of the BWBW core team will review your application to ensure alignment with the program criteria and values.

If your profile matches, you will be invited to the next step.

3. Introductory Interview

You will be invited to a 30-minute conversation with one of our recruiters.
This call focuses on:

  • your motivation to return to work

  • your learning goals

  • your readiness for the program journey

4. Confirmation & Participation Fee

If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

To secure your place in the program, you will be asked to pay a one-time participation fee:

  • CHF 499 for participants based in Switzerland

  • EUR 250 for participants based in other European countries

5. Participant Agreement & Final Confirmation

After payment, you will receive the participant agreement for review and acceptance.

Once completed, your participation will be officially confirmed.
